Worship

The center of our community’s life is the worship of God.  We gather each Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. for our Service of Worship for the Lord’s Day.  Through reading and preaching from scripture, hymns, prayer, and other forms of praise and proclamation, we remember God’s great deeds of power, God’s steadfast love for us, and the gratitude which wells up in us for the free gift of God’s grace which we all have received.

Special services mark the seasons of the church year, allowing us to re-tell particular stories of God’s power and grace.  Please see the Calendar to learn about upcoming special services and celebrations.

Music in worship is led by our Chancel Choir and Chancel Bells.  All are welcome to join the Choir; please speak with our Music Director, Maaja Roos, or the Pastor, Rev. Eric Beene, about rehearsal times.
